Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 Minced garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine purple, green, carrots and parsley in one medium serving bowl.
  2. Toast the seeds over medium heat and don’t forget to stir. Pour them into the mixing bowl.
  3. Make the dressing and drizzle it over the slaw.
  4. Try it and this is optional If you are not vegan, you can add 2 tsp mayo to make it even better.

I also found a cabbage soup recipe that I think I will try. My boyfriend is worried about his cholesterol so I will suggest he start consuming cabbage!
