Easy Vegan Cabbage Salad
Easy vegan salad that anyone can make. Bellow I will list all ingredients for making tasty cabbage salad.
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 4 Cups sliced cabbage (Use 2 cups green and 2 cups purple cabbage)
- 2 Cups shredded carrots
- ½ cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Toast them over medium heat
- 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 Minced garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Combine purple, green, carrots and parsley in one medium serving bowl.
- Toast the seeds over medium heat and don’t forget to stir. Pour them into the mixing bowl.
- Make the dressing and drizzle it over the slaw.
- Try it and this is optional If you are not vegan, you can add 2 tsp mayo to make it even better.
